Mehmet Aksel Tülezoğlu

Mehmet Aksel Tülezoğlu is active in the fields of banking and finance law, corporate law, restructuring and bankruptcy law, securities law, financing law, family and inheritance law, labor law and construction law. He has experience in banking, finance, all kinds of financing transactions including project finance, mergers and acquisitions and financial leasing, examination and preparation of loan agreements and security documents related to these, preparation of documents related to these transactions, and follow-up of relevant documentation and closing transactions. He received his master’s degree in Financial Economics from Galatasaray University and reinforced his legal background with an education in finance. Thanks to his fluent communication skills in English and French, he is well equipped to easily carry out cross-border transactions with both local and foreign clients.
